February Class Schedule

Speed & Agility ~

Monday & Thursday: LTT – 6pm, TTW – 7pm
This month we will offer two separate Speed & Agility classes for our Athletes.

LTT (athletes age 10-13): 6pm

TTW (athletes age 14 and up): 7pm

Monthly Class fee: $80.00/month (for classes 2x week. This plan buys unlimited classes for the current month

1x week training fee: $50.00/month (this package buys 4 total classes that must be used within the current month)

Drop in rate: $15.00/class

FUNdamentals ~

Ages 7-9yr ~  SUNDAYS: 1 pm
We will be moving our FUNdamentals Speed and Agility program to Sunday. This session will run for 8 weeks. (January 20th – March 10th).

8 week program: $80.00

4 week Training: $50.00

Drop in Rate: $15.00

Girls Strength Training ~

Ages 12 & up ~ T/TH: 6pm 

This classes main focus is strength training for female athletes. Class is open to all female athletes age 12 & Up. Class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.

Strength unlimited: $80.00 (strength training 2x week)

strength training 1x week: $50.00 (4 total strength training classes)

Speed & Strength Training unlimited monthly: $120.00 (attend any speed & strength classes during month)

Drop in rate: $20.00

Boys MS Strength Training ~

Ages 11-14yr ~ M/W: 5pm 

This class is open to all male athletes age 11-14yrs. Class will be held every Monday & Wednesday at 5pm.

Strength unlimited: $80.00 (strength training 2x week)

strength training 1x week: $50.00 (4 total strength training classes)

Speed & Strength Training unlimited monthly: $120.00 (attend any speed & strength classes during month)

Drop in rate: $20.00
