ATHLETIC PREP PROGRAM:
This monthly summer program will be offered in June and July for all athletes no matter what sport, no matter what position!
Potentially the most important stage in the athletic development of an athlete is during the Middle School Years. Many issues arise during this period; Sports Specialization, Growth Spurts, Puberty and Social Influences. We believe that because of this, a quality physical prep program for this age is a must for future sporting success. We want to insure all TAD athletes are mentally and physically ready for the demands of Middle School and High School sports. Our program will give the foundation for future sporting success by training all aspects of athletic development (speed, agility, power, strength and fitness)

TAD HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER PROGRAM
8 week program June 3rd – July 25th
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
FEMALES HS Soccer Group – 9a-10a
MALES HS Soccer Group – 11a-12p
(athletes may use our turf field for soccer open field after training!
8 Week Program Fee: $310.00
Drop in Rate: $20.00
The sport of soccer may be the most demanding of all sports. Because of this, soccer also demands a special type of program to prepare for the season. Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, Injury Prevention and Conditioning will all be on display during each game and can be greatly improved through a well designed program.
At TAD sports our training methods have been tried and are proven. Our soccer program is designed to transfer the athletes training to on field success!
8 Week Program JUNE 5th – JULY 24th
Wednesdays ~ 9a – 10a
Program Fee: $80.00, $15.00 Drop in rate
This session is designed for our younger athletes, age 7-9yr, and will focus on:
Change of Direction Skills
Relative Body Strength (hanging and climbing skills)
DRIBBLE TIL YOU DROP
Sessions will be offered every Tuesday Evening 6-7:30pm
Session 1: June 4th – June 25th
Session 2: July 2nd – July 23rd
$85.00/Month or $25.00/Drop in
Open to all athletes 3rd grade and up. (Athletes will be split by age for clinic)
Class includes: 40 min Dribbling clinic with TAD Basketball Instructor & 40 min Speed & Agility session with TAD Performance Coach.
