March Class Schedule

Speed & Agility ~

LTT/TTW (Athletes Ages 10 and up) ~ Monday, Thursday: 6pm
This month we are offering one Speed & Agility class for our Athletes, 2 Times a Week.

2x Week Training: $80.00/Month (Speed Training Classes Twice per Week for the Month, 8 Classes)

1x Week Training: $50.00/Month (Speed Training Classes Once per Week for the Month, 4 Classes)

Drop in rate: $15.00

FUNdamentals ~

Ages 7-9yr ~  SUNDAYS (Mar. 3rd, 10th and 17th): 1 pm
We are concluding our FUNdamentals Speed and Agility program on Sunday, March 17th. We will begin the Next 8 Week FUNdamentals Program on April 7th!

8 week program: $80.00

4 week Training: $50.00

Drop in Rate: $15.00

Girls Strength Training ~

Ages 12 & up ~ Tuesday, Thursday: 7pm 

Girls Strength is moved back to 7pm for the month of March. This classes main focus is strength training for female athletes. Class is open to all female athletes age 12 & Up. Class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Strength Unlimited: $80.00 (Strength Training 2x Week)

Strength Training 1x Week: $50.00 (4 Total Strength Training Classes for the Month)

Speed & Strength Training Unlimited Monthly: $120.00 (Attend Any Speed & Strength Classes for the Month)

Drop in rate: $20.00

Boys MS Strength Training ~

Ages 11-14yr ~ Monday, Wednesday: 7pm 

This class is open to all male athletes age 11-14yrs. Class will be held every Monday & Wednesday at 7pm.

Strength Unlimited: $80.00 (Strength Training 2x Week)

Strength Training 1x Week: $50.00 (4 Total Strength Training Classes)

Speed & Strength Training Unlimited Monthly: $120.00 (Attend Any Speed & Strength Classes for the Month)

Adult Basketball/Volleyball~

Open Adult Volleyball Every Sunday from 6-8pm.

Open Adult Basketball Every Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am.
