Competitive Swimming is a sport Unlike any other. Club Swim Season is Intense, and lasts for a majority of the calendar year. On top of Club Swim Season is High School Swimming, which occurs during the winter months. Most Swimming Events last well over 30 seconds, meaning a developed Aerobic Endurance System is a must. Not only will your Aerobic System get you through your specific event/s, but also through full meets, and further carry you through your long season.
