The last athletic attribute that likely comes to mind is aerobic capacity. If you participate on a club volleyball team, especially at the national level, you play in tournaments that last for several days. Having a high aerobic capacity will keep your explosiveness high throughout the entire tournament, not just the first game. Along with the ability to play well for longer than your opponents; a high aerobic capacity will make you more injury resilient throughout your competitive seasons.
