Our Fundamentals Class is for Athletes’ 7-9 years of age. Our Trainers focus on developing Positive Training Habits that will ideally carry on throughout the Athlete’s individual athletic career. Our Trainers’ goal is to make our Fundamentals Class just that, Fun! We use creative drills, and even incorporate the kids’ creativeness, for an Enjoyable and Effective Training Experience.
Learn To Train. Our LTT Speed and Agility Training Class is a Fundamental Speed/Agility Training Class for Athletes’ 9-13 years of age. Our Trainers’ focus on developing Positive Training Habits that will ideally carry on throughout the Athlete’s individual athletic career. Athletes are taught how to jump/land, and sprint with the Correct Biomechanics. This encourages the Athletes’ are performing these type of drills Safely and Effectively long after the training session has ended. Other aspects of the class include Change of Direction, Beginner Level Strength, and Conditioning Drills. Speed WINS!
Train To Win. Our TTW Speed and Agility Training Class is a more Advanced Speed/Agility Training Class for Athletes’ 13-17 years of age. Our Trainers will Challenge all Athletes, Every Session, to Perform Their Best. It is our goal to create a Safe and Competitive Training Environment for Every Athlete Training. Drills performed are: Explosive Vertical/Horizontal Jumps, Acceleration Starts, Top End Speed Sprints, Change of Direction, Speed Specific Lower Body Strength, and Conditioning. Speed WINS!
