Of all the qualities an athlete must possess, one is foundational to all the rest…STRENGTH.  Strength training is essential in developing the capacity for an athlete to run their fastest, jump their highest, and play their hardest.  Are you ready for the challenge?

 

Girls Strength
Our Girls Strength Training Class is for Athletes’ 10-15 years of age.  Female Sporting Teams are Starting to Improve their involvement with Strength Training inside of their specific team practices.  Though this is a Tremendous Improvement in Female Athletics, it is Not yet where it Needs to Be.  Our Trainers’ goal is to safely teach all Athletes the Correct Weight Training Techniques.  Once a Foundational Strength Level has been Established, our Trainers will then Challenge the Athletes’ Strength Abilities.  This is an Important process to become Exceptional in, early on in an Athlete’s Athletic Career.  Increasing an Athlete’s Strength Capabilities will lead to: a more Resilient Athlete, Injury Prevention, Increase in Sports Performance, and an Increase in Confidence.

Boys Strength
Our Boys Strength Training Class is for Athletes’ 10-14 years of age.  Our Trainers’ goal is to safely teach all Athletes the Correct Weight Training Techniques.  Once a Foundational Strength Level has been Established, our Trainers will then Challenge the Athletes’ Strength Abilities.  This is an Important process to become Exceptional in, early on in an Athlete’s Athletic Career.  Increasing an Athlete’s Strength Capabilities will lead to: a more Resilient Athlete, Injury Prevention, Increase in Sports Performance, and an Increase in Confidence.
